Due to the nature of digital products and services, please read carefully.
Refund requests after 15 calendar days are not accepted.
Only New accounts and new members who have never signed up previously or used our Services, are entitled to a 15 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. Refunds are given one time only.
Refund requests after 15 days are not accepted, regardless of which plan you sign up for.
The fifteen day refund guarantee does not apply to members who have;
- Signed up or availed any kind of promotional offer
- Availed fully or partially Intellistocks kickstart pack which includes risk profiling, initiation of kyc,portfolio review (even initiating of the review process)
- Received portfolio or any stock recommendation
All calculations will be based on the pricing that was in force at the time you subscribed to the service.
The refund will be made through the same mode of payment through which you paid.
We will make the refund to your bank (or other payment intermediary) within five working days (exclusive) of receiving the cancellation request. Your bank (or other payment intermediary) may take a further period of time to credit the refund to you.
